  • Rescheduling Notice: Candidate Interview with Derek Grasty

    On behalf of the Silicon Valley Democratic Club, we would like to apologize for the postponement of our scheduled candidate interview with Derek Grasty. Due to unforeseen, last-minute personal emergencies, we were unable to proceed with the event as originally planned.

    We understand that many of our members and community partners were looking forward to this conversation and had carved out time in their busy schedules to attend. We deeply value your engagement and regret any inconvenience this sudden change may have caused. Supporting our candidates and providing a platform for transparency remains our top priority, and we appreciate your patience as we navigate these unexpected circumstances.

    Please be assured that we are actively working on scheduling coordination with the Campaign to find a new date that works for all parties. We are committed to ensuring this important dialogue takes place soon.

  • Digital Marketing For Democrats, March 18th

    The Silicon Valley Democratic Club is pleased to present a fundraising webinar entitled “Digital Marketing for Democrats”.

    In this session, you will learn many of the tactics used by modern campaigns and how to avoid their pitfalls. These tactic includes Search and Display Advertising, Video and CTV Advertising, Website Performance, Search Engine Optimization and more. This session will also discuss how to handle the use of Artificial Intelligence by search engines.

    This webinar will be presented by Bill Roth, a 30-year Silicon Valley marketing veteran, who has also has done digital work for a variety of campaigns, all the way back to doing email lists for Clinton/Gore in 1992. He has recently worked on several local campaigns, including ones for the San Jose City Council.

    We’re calling it a fundraising event, because we’d really like it if you donated $10 (or more) here, to help us defray the cost of our Zoom subscription and other expenses.
